Thea Van Halsema's book of 1962 covering the basic doctrines
of the Christian faith that encourages youth to use the Bible.
Though attractively designed for youth in Papua New Guinea, it
is suitable for all English readers.
* Wantaim Olgeta Bel Na Tingting Bilong
Mi (© 2004, 206
pp) is a translation of the above book into Melanesian, the trade
language of Papua New Guinea.
* Principles for Living and Leadership by
Orneal Kooyers (© 2005,
93 pp) provides aspiring and resolute Christian leaders fifty-six
scriptual principles for effective and gratifying service.
* 70 Prinsiple Long Stiaim Lida (© 2006, 114 pp)
by the staff of Pacific Island Ministries and OMK Minstries parallels Principles for Living and Leadership. Written in Melanesian
for Papua New Guines readers, it is a re-publication of the same
book published in 1998. (Available in September, 2006.)
* Daunim Sik Long Ples (© 2006, 293 pp) is a re-publication
of the same book originally written by Drs. Martin Kaiser and
Hiltraut Kaiser of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of PNG that
serves as a medical manual for PNG village health aides and
is similar to Where There Is No Doctor. (Available in September,
2006.)
* Reflections, A Journey Through Revelation (by Joshua M. Daniel, © 200,
538 pp) is a unique in-depth study of Revelation by O. Kooyers
for serious Bible students who yearn for biblical truth and seek
